Refund & Return Policy



Each item is custom-made for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalized products unless:


  • the item arrives damaged
  • the print is defective
  • the wrong product was delivered



If there is an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Approved cases will be replaced for free. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.

  • Change of mind after order

Terms of Service



By placing an order, you agree that:


  • You own the photo or have rights to use it.
  • Production begins immediately after purchase since your order is custom-made.
  • You are responsible for choosing the correct product details (size, spelling, image, etc.).




🎨 Custom Artwork Rights



The final illustration is an original artwork created by our design team.

You may not reproduce, edit, or commercialize the artwork without permission.



🖼 Free Revision Policy



If a preview is offered:


  • 1 free revision is included.
  • Additional changes may require a fee.

  • Artwork + production: 3–7 business days




📦 Shipping Time



  • Canada & USA: 7–10 business days
    (International varies: 10–21 business days)

    No hidden fees, no extra charges at checkout.




📦 Lost Packages



If the carrier loses your package, we will assist with a claim.

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for theft.
